First of all, the Yeelight Downlight M2 Pro has a galvanised reflector cup, which emits a glare-free, diffused brightness that is very comfortable for your eyes and prevents eyestrain after prolonged use.

Similarly, the light source with concealed design also offers soft, indirect illumination with a wide beam angle (65°).

Adjust brightness intensity and colour temperature to your preferences

Another of its main features is that the Yeelight Downlight M2 Pro allows you to adjust the brightness and tonality to your lighting preferences, with a maximum flux of 600 lumens and a colour temperature of between 2700 and 6500 kelvins. In addition, the Yeelight Downlight M2 Pro smart spotlight includes different pre-set lighting scenes to adapt to each moment of  the day.

Bluetooth Mesh technology and remote control with the Yeelight APP

And, as mentioned at the beginning, you need to pair your Yeelight Downlight M2 Pro with a Yeelight Gateway BLE Mesh (sold separately). Bluetooth Mesh technology means that each connected light acts as a relay station, receiving and transmitting information without compromising bandwidth. It also ensures automatic detection and fast connection of lights to the network, with the goal to give you the best smart lighting experience you’ve ever had.

In short, the Yeelight Gateway BLE Mesh will take care of connecting your Yeelight Downlight M2 Pro spotlight to the Wi-Fi network so that all you have to do is download the Yeelight APP on your phone or tablet and start enjoying its smart and remote control functions: turn the light on or off, adjust the brightness or program the on/off times no matter where you are.
